Refund Policy

When your order is shipped, sale is final, no returns, refunds or exchanges.

The buyer can contact painter Stéphanie Leblanc in the event of a problem with their order.

If your package is damaged by the delivery company, you must have photo proof, you must have previously chosen delivery with insurance and signature in order to benefit from a refund or exchange. The shipping company will contact you to fill out forms and approve your request. The delivery company will have the last word whether or not they are in the wrong, painter Stéphanie Leblanc disclaims any responsibility in connection with their activities.

If for any reason with the permission of the artist you need to return your item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.

 The refund will be made once the item has been returned to the artist and its condition has been verified.

If you provide a 25% deposit to reserve a work, in the event of cancellation the deposit is not refundable as the artist will have lost potential buyers.

If you have a payment agreement with the artist and you do not respect your obligations,  the artist can cancel the sale and  hand over the work for sale after 14 days from the due date without payment, your item will no longer belong to you and  your 25% deposit will be forfeited. 

Delivery of a work will only take place when payment has been completed.

When you submit a deposit to reserve your place on the artist's custom order list, it is non-refundable to ensure a serious customer list. The deposit will be refundable unless the artist deems  your justifiable reasons. On the other hand, when the work has started, since it is a personalized order, no reason will be accepted for a refund.

The artist may request a larger deposit (50%) when the commission sketch is completed and the client approves before proceeding with the work. This deposit is non-refundable since the artist personalizes a project for you.

 

If the work contains signs at the request of the client, the client is responsible for correctly providing the spelling of his request and approving it when revealing the sketch or layout before painting.  If the artist must modify the signs at the end of the creation due to the client's negligence, additional charges will apply.

Any pressure or harassment from a customer is not acceptable. The artist reserves the right to cancel the order and no longer do business with this customer. Remember that stress can greatly harm the creation of a work, slowing down the work because you could create a blockage in the artist's creativity.

If your custom order is a small amount, the artist may request full payment before commencing anything.

LATE PAYMENT PENALTIES:

​

Finally, unless there is an agreement, once your personalized order is completed, the artist must be paid within a maximum of 14 days otherwise late payment fees will be applied, i.e. 5%. of the amount per day of delay. Following 90 days without hearing from the customer, the sale is canceled and non-refundable since the order is personalized and impossible to resell.
